Dear Parents/Guardians,
This year’s Summer Fair is on Sunday 17th June. For those of you who may not know
the Summer Fair, it is the school’s main fundraising event, organized largely by parents
with invaluable support from school staff. It’s also a fun day out for all, especially the
children. To make this enjoyable for everyone we really need your help, and actually
it’s fun to tend a stall and meet the school community. This year to “target” our much
needed volunteers and to ensure that everyone gets a chance to enjoy the fair, we’re
doing it on a class-by-class basis in 50 minute slots. Why not tend a stall as a family -
your child will enjoy taking money from their school friends!

If you can’t help on the day, perhaps you could help setting up, on Saturday 16th from
10.30am until 3.00pm (ish) or on Sunday morning from about 10.30 a.m. and again with
the Clean Up on Sunday evening from 3.30pm (ish). Please come along and help out.
